www vs witout www.. Better SEO?

it doesn't matter whether you use www or non-www. What matters is that you're being consistent (use either www or non-www everywhere) otherwise google considers that you have 2 sites and you might run into duplication, cannibalization, and link juice reduction issues (because some links will point to the www version of the site, while others will point to the non-www version, which means your links will be split between 2 "different" sites, which means that the authority offered by your backlinks will be divided, which ultimately means less / worse rankings for either version of your site)
Just pick whichever version you like and use that one all over the place...

I'd go with the standard www.......it doesn't change a thing regarding rankings but all the big dogs go for the www.

Just make sure you do a redirect from www to non-www or vice versa. Also, don't have your backlinks go through the redirects.
I forgot where I read this, but backlinks lose a bit of authority when they go through redirects.

Using "www" or not doesn't directly affect SEO, as long as you’re consistent. Pick one version (either "www" or non-"www") and stick with it. Set up 301 redirects to point all traffic to your preferred version to avoid duplicate content issues and to consolidate link equity.

I'm not sure it matters, however for me personally, i prefer without the "www".
For general information, what 99% of websites are doing is supporting both of the ways.
They setup the DND Records like the following:
A Record - @ - Server IP
CNAME Record - www - domain
(It can also be vise versa)
