"www" vs "http://www."

Hi,

What's the different between the 2 when it comes to Majestic and Moz metrics?

When I tend to use "http://www" my TF & CF tend to be much higher compared to the others.

Which is better?

www is considered a subdomain. It doesn't really matter but it's usually based on which one you specified in GWT

So domains with higher metrics with "www" aren't worth less or more? It's the same thing just have to specify it in GWT?

When you are comparing TF CF, let's put it this way:

http://www.domain.com/ - are oranges
www.domain.com - are apples
domain.com - are pears

You can't compare one with the other. You either use one for everything that you are checking, or the second or the third and compare accordingly.
I have been using http://www.domain.com since forever, but it comes down to a personal preference.

You should check them all. Start with domain.com and if that seems to have good metrics, check the other two, if they both seem worse it will be because the domain has most of its backlinks pointing to inner pages. If one has good metrics and the other not, it's because most links point to that version so that's the version you would use if you bought it.

It's not on which is better between "http://" and "http://www", but it is on which has a better metrics.

That is why in majestic and moz we can see both version metrics so it will help us decide of which version are we going to use.

we had the same confusion as before, but opted to use https://www copying facebook and google....
