Its short url, and maybe good for VIDeo wEBsites.

really bro 1600 fb fans is nothing, you should have good amount of views of your site.
actually you can buy 1k fb fans for 1$ + 10$ for your domain is 11$

i would say you might be able to sell for $20-30 - facebook page is worth maybe $2, $5 if all fans are active. the domain is worth maybe $15 due to its PR1, but that seems to be all it really has going for it.

Unless you have earnings over 3 or more months, then I dont think you can get too much..

Is it a custom script? because you can get tube scripts for free even, or 10 bucks, but some do cost hundreds. You could possibly sell the license at full price but that would not be a value in itself for the site, unless the members are real, active, and you can provide visitor stats etc :/
I think the going rate is 1 year profits for sale price? but I'm not a website flipper, so maybe I'm way off.

low $xxx max imho, if you will find lazy buyer who just cant do it himself...

traffic is what matters, everything else at this point can be made nearly for free (including design, content, facebook fans)
