If you don't know how to monetize it then just sell it on flippa, godaddy auctions, etc., If you don't want to - then, Feed information about NRI people, what they need, what they interested in and use adsense as monetization. It won't give you much money $50 to $100 a month if you work hard.

Since the domain name explain itself its better to open one online bank with that domain and get people register and keep their money there ! This way you can run one online bank

You can't be serious right? You can't just 'open' an online bank, you need to register with your federal government, hire an accountant, tax manager, buy a license, stock marketers.
Unless you have a pretty worked out plan, and an enormous funding source, you will fail right from the start.

There is no Indian bank named overseas bank of India . It is Indian overseas Bank hence no copyright.

Yup,I was just helping that guy out,by just point outing this fact.You'd know that trademark's guiding principle is "do not confuse the consumer." Thus, if it is really unlikely that the other business's customers are going to be confused because you have a similar name, then there really isn't a trademark issue.If one name is identical to another , then you could be screwed; It certainly requires caution!
for eg : Axenture.com and accenture.com )it does not have to be exact name !!!!
