Google indexes my site differently for site:www.url.com compared to site:url.com

does this make a difference on any backlinks i create?

does google see url.com and www.url.com as different sites??

I cant seem to find anything on this...

Choose one to use. If you want to use the www .domain. comhttp://www.domain.com use a 301 redirect to redirect domain.com to www .domain. com. If you prefer domain.com redirect www .domain. com to domain.com.

If you use the 301 redirect, in terms of seo is the same thing.
