I buy the conversion.ai from this site with $15.

These accounts they provided is not only free trial account but also reached limited use.

I asked refund in their helpdesk but nodody rely to me.

I pay for this via Paypal.

Does anyone know how to apply for refund via Paypal？

You can always dispute the transaction on paypal. Try that.

You might get the refund but guess what happens to your account.
