My suggestion would be,Go for domains without 'ww12' subdomains on Namecheap for a more professional online image. Choose clean, straightforward domains to build a stronger brand presence.

Namecheap usually redirects the domains & their subdomains parked with them to ww12.whateverdomain.com,
Surely a fresh expired/auction domain with its pages are still indexed is better, but a good clean domain with good link profile will still worth it,
Focus in getting a good clean domain instead of an indexed one,
Many spammed, weak and totally trash domains could still have some of their pages indexed and many good ones are deindexed/redirected
