Yes you can sell on ebay. They have an adults only category under "Everything Else".

Here are the terms:

Adult novelty items in the shape of genitalia?including toys, collectibles, soaps, key chains, or food items?must be listed in the Adult Only category.

Vibrators and massagers intended for sexual pleasure can only be listed in the Adult Only category. Other massagers can be listed in the main eBay categories, but if a listing indicates the item is for sexual use it can be removed.

Netsuke (miniature Japanese sculpture) that contains nudity or explicit sexual content must be listed in the Adult Only category.

Anatomically-accurate sex dolls or mannequins can only be listed in the Adult Only category. Regular mannequins or other store displays are allowed in the main eBay categories.

Adult-oriented domain names must be listed in the Adult Only category.

Playboy, Playgirl, and Penthouse merchandise, such as calendars and clothing, may be listed in the general categories if the item doesn't contain nudity or sexual content. Other Playboy, Playgirl, and Penthouse merchandise that contains nudity or sexual content must be listed in the Adult Only category.
