How do you expect us to say a price when we haven't seen the account? We at least need to know the engagement to estimate something.

I am not for the idea for you to sell the account. It is an account i do think you have spend a lot of resources just to have it where it is today. And therefore, it is better if you can be able to find the ways of generating money from it without really selling it. Looking at the future, the account can pay your bills for very many years. Be wise in decision making.
