[WTH] Wordpress administration and development

Hi, we are looking for a Wordpress developer to assist with new projects. The majority of work will be basic, i.e. creating standard sites using a theme for small businesses in the UK.
We have done this in-house up until now, but have too much work on and have also taken over a new company together with their clients.
Work will be regular and will be either updates to existing sites or developing new sites from a theme.
To start with we will commit to a day a week, although this could be more, depending on performance.
Skills wise, we'd like to see examples of your work and proof of your abilities, together with your daily and hourly rates.
Also communication skills are very important for us, so being fluent in English is imperative.
This isn't a short term project and we are looking for a long term partnership.
