I need permanent guy to design and develop a site. You need to submit the site to the search engine, but no SEO needed.
The site much be search engine friendly.
At first you will design and develop my site. i will pay for that.

later after 1-2 month, you will be paid monthly, you will be hired as permanent website designer.
