WTH Web Developer - Long-Term Potential

Hello,

I am starting up a local lead generation business and I need some websites made. I am pretty well-versed in creating/editing websites, but what I struggle with is design. So, I'm looking to hire someone to create a website that will serve as the main website for my business.

Requirements:

• Optimized for conversion
• Responsive (mobile-friendly)
• Contains 5-6 pages
• Theme provided by developer

I will purchase domain. If the first project goes well, I'm hoping to continue hiring you for all of the various lead generation sites that I will need for this project. I plan on creating at least one for each skilled trade or service that I'll be working with.

These are simple sites and I'm hoping to find someone affordable to work with.
