I have the source code of an app [mailer] i want to make some very small changes to e.g loading a list of e-mails in and rotating after X amount of sent e-mails. Need someone who can complete this within 48 hours.

whats the application desktop based if yes in c# or in VB or its server based ?? like php pls pm me i have developers those can do it thanks !
