WTH SQL Expert to change my 4 to 5 linked sql into 1

I got a piece of code, which extract part of the table, all of them are linked together.
I need a expert to look at this less than 100 lines of code, to turn them from 4 to 5 sql statement into 1 to 2 sql PROCEDURE.

I deal with over 100,000 lines of rows result so the tuning could optimize my performance.

I've had success with hiring freelancers with Elance. There's tons of SQL experts there
