The website is hosted in one of OVH's VPS.

I want a permanent solution, I don't want to worry about it expiring (or an auto-renewal solution).

Please PM the price and the things you need access to in order to complete this task and your TAT.
 
Advertise on BHW
If you install certificate on host, it will have expiry date and you will need to renew it. There is no auto-renewal thing.

You could use cloudflare with no worry of renewal if you like.
