WTH someone to create card checker back and front end VueJS

I have a front, but need little changes;

1. Credit/debit card checker (system should show user if card is valid or not);
2. Address checker (country should be filled automatically);
3. All data should come in admin panel and also on mail once user clicks submit;
4. From admin panel, admin should be able to create many front ends on different domains;
5. Payment link generator, there is basic template, but if we need any changes fields should be editable;
6. Bin checker integrated, once user fills all card info, in admin panel we should see, what bank he is using;
7. Links should be one time use only, once user uses link, he can't use it anymore;
8. Link should have a tracker, where I will see when, and from where he/she have submitted information.
