[WTH] Some one who can set up Bulk email server

I am looking to hire some one who can set up a bulk smpt server.

I have had one in the past and at present use a few autoresponders.

I am looking to send approx 200k emails per day. (will start with smaller for testing)

I need some one who knows how to warm up ips and knows about deliver-ability. I have used some one from here before and was getting fairly good results
but they seem to have gone out of business.

I know of a lot of people who can use this service and some big senders so I am hoping can find a good provider to word with us.
