WTH Seo expert with autoblog knowledge

I know that autoblog is the best option, but i want made money from my 130 domains.
Many are oriented to long tail niches like "hairstyles for brides" or to news.

What i want:
-A person that know techie seo
-With recent and previous sucess in rank autopilot content
-Also experience in do link building at scale (obvious, i don't want pay 130 sites x $79/month linkbuilding packages)
