[WTH] Scraper Creator / Fixer

Hey guys,

Looking to hire someone to create me a very simple website scraper.

Had one created on the "content grabber" application which works fine but times out and only grabs the first 4 listings (should grab about 1000) and the guy isn't bothering to reply to me anymore and actually fix it so it works as it should.
