(WTH) proxy expert

Looking to hire a proxy expert.

I work with Social Media accounts and use apps like MultiLogin to create browser profiles. We target Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Every social media platform is important.
As of late, most proxy providers with rotating IPs are worthless. So, I need fixed IP solutions to scale up the business.
I need someone who can provide and manage proxies to avoid getting our accounts banned.
The ideal candidate should come up with fresh, non-spammy IPs from various providers and locations (diverse ISPs, ASNs, US only) daily. BrightData (former Luminati) is reluctant to sell us proxies for such activities.

I value outside-the-box thinking—interviews on Skype, voice, no video. Payment is to be discussed based on the candidate's knowledge.

Conversational English is preferred. Communication skills are a must.

Proxies are probably not reason for bans. There are tons of ways to find bot accounts without touching proxy part.
Buy static 4g proxies, test with proxies where you have full control (setup 4g proxies at your place).
