[WTH] Private Detective to find website owner

I'm looking for someone who knows his way around the web to find an owner of a website (I won't make the website public)

Whois doesn't give anything. I got his blogger profile and his website twitter account.

you'r looking for universe's cheapest "Private" Detective, i can say nigeria's cheapest detective but its hard to find this guy caz he never exist

Well its because I want to buy his domain name for personal use Problem is he hosted it on blogger and the domain name is private on godaddy... Godaddy has a buy domain option (I know) but the domain is far from 69$ worth lol
