[WTH] PHP Coders To Replicate This

It is quite simple, really.
Yes, I came across this website with an advertisement page that I'm interested in.
I tried to contact the webmaster that I want to buy his script, but he did not get back to me. And I sort of need this urgently.

Here's the site:

Where the user is able to input his ad title, description and upload the image.
Of course, the upload must only accept images and I'm able to set a limited dimension.

And when you click "Next", able to set the price and details (must be able to avoid SQL injection and such).
The user enters his personal particulars and hits the complete button... and bam! The details are stored in the server and also sent an email notification to me to let me know about it.

Why do you want people to click "preview"? I suggest that whenever someone is done with a field, update the ad.

Also, add a small Green colored "Ad updated" next to the ad for a few seconds, to indicate the update occurred.
