[WTH] Part-time Assistant

Hey all,

I'm looking to hire a part-time assistant on the following terms:

Requirements:
* Basic HTML knowledge (can handle editing simple HTML files)
* General understanding of how popular web applications (Facebook, YouTube etc.) work.
* Punctual
* Fluent in written English

Hours: 1 day (8 hours) per week, preferably Fridays.

Responsibilities: Assisting us with one particular project. Tasks include performing specified searches on the Internet, editing website- and configuration files according to pre-arranged conditions plus a few additional tasks from time to time.

Salary: This position has a base salary of 500EUR ($650 USD) per month for full time. In case of 8 hours per week (1/5 of full time), the net salary will be 100EUR ($130 USD) per month. Salary can be paid either via PayPal (weekly) or Wire Transfer (monthly).

Starting time: ASAP, preferably before the end of the month.

NB! In case of good results over the initial 2-3 weeks, a substantial increase in responsibilities (and thus hours and pay) can be considered. Once this happens, you will be considered a permanent employee and as such, you will also get a healthy benefits package.

By the way - those who think I'm being overly selective (I'm sure there's many) are partly right. If I was looking for someone for this particular gig only then I would probably pick the first person who can read and write (actually I would go with an outsourcing agency). But ideally I'm looking for someone who will have a long term relationship with us and to whom I can offer a full time position in our staff very soon. And with this goal in mind being picky will pay off.
