WTH New videos ranking within HOURS?

I'm see several new videos ranking for keywords like: "how to make money online"
How are they doing this? Or is it that easy to rank videos now?

Go to YouTube and search "How to make money online" and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Im not an expert but Id say that they fake video going viral, like pushing masive amounts of views, tweets and shares within first hours of uploading

I only see videos made weeks ago, not exactly hours or days ago.

I've seen a ton of videos like that pop up. I've been trying to figure this out for weeks. They use social media instead of backlinks. I personally tried this method but I never recieved the same results.

I also thought maybe they were embeding but i could never figure it out

Now I can even see videos with no views on the first page result of KW "How to Make Money Online". I don't know if it's just me or anybody are seeing this?

I can rank well for nearly anything I want, there is a trick but it takes a lot of work to get there ...

I've always noticed that new videos appear at the top of results, that's why I don't upload tons a day, I do maybe 5 every day or 2, that way I always have some at the top of results.
