[WTH] Need PDF Design edited, easy task.

Hey guys,
I have a PDF with 4 pages, text and design should remain the same only on two pages there is a frame, and under headlines and sub-headlines there are also basic strokes where the current color must be changed to Color code #1c435a.
It is really very simple, important is that the color is changed and the PDF can still be edited with adobe or online tools like sejda
My budget is 20$ in BTC pls contact me only if you can do it instant, not in 2 hours not tomorrow.
AND I PAY AFTER PROOF OF WORK.
