WTH - Need a Wordpress coder to make quick plugin edit

Hello,

I need someone who is good with wordpress and coding to help me edit something. I'm trying to get 2 plugins to work together. The first plugin creates a custom homepage and the second plugin only has shortcodes for pages/posts but I need it to run on the homepage.
