wth native chinese for translation

I want to hire a native chinese speaking for translating
Of chinese comic.

I want to know your rate to do the following

1. Read the comic.
2. Translate the text in the comic.
3. If you can do photoshop will be a bonus.

In simple i hiring a translator for chinese comic.

Let me know your rate by 1 hr rate or per comic rate(each comic about 25 pages with 10 to 20 chinese letters per page approx).

p.s i am a chinese too, just too busy to do translation myself. so want to hire someone to assist me on this.
