[WTH] mIRC scripts editor

I need a script for mirc to set proxy -> set username and pw -> connect to server -> join channels.
Once joined all channels I want it to just post a message.
And some way to do this every X.

If it fails to connect to the server I need the script to write an empty.txt or whatever to inform me (outside mirc) that it has failed.
Preferably the script would grab all connecting and message details from a .txt in form of an array or a format of your choice because the information is dynamically created with another tool of my.
