WTH: Marketing Expert(s)

I need to hire out the following services. In all these instances I am looking for a long-term business relationship and will provide additional work usually on a weekly basis and at least on a monthly basis. I'm accessible, friendly, and need some good help!

1. Twitter marketing.
-- I need someone that has experience in effectively driving traffic to a website using Twitter marketing. I'm not looking for any one unique technique, per se. I'm just looking to use the tool of Twitter to increase my targeted traffic. However best to do that is up to the person I hire!
-- I also need someone that can provide targeted followers to a designated account over time (not interested in 5,000 new followers overnight. I need organic, slow, over-time, real targeted people).
-- Help me maximize the fresh content from the website(s) I want to drive the targeted traffic to.

2. Facebook marketing.
-- Basically looking for the same thing here as I am with Twitter marketing above.
-- I also need someone that can provide targeted followers to a designated account over time (not interested in 5,000 new friends overnight. I need organic, slow, over-time, real people).

3. Google and Facebook advertising.
-- I need someone that can stretch my advertising dollars while getting real results with Google and Facebook ads.

4. Video marketing.
-- Just looking for more targeted traffic from this.

Twitter is a extremely hot platform at the moment and it is good you understand that 5000 overnight is a waste of time if there all fake.
