Maybe the size of your images are not well optimized and a little too big.

Or your hosting could be also the reason and you probably need a better/faster plan.

If none of the above mentioned options helps it could be a coding related issue as well.

I'd suggest to optimize the images & use a CDN.

Try using auto WP optimizer. Paid plugins tend to work better than those free ones :)
 
Check your hosting company and also install cache plungin

Check If the port 80 is blocked if yes then contact your hosting Provider.
 
Check if your host is good enough, optimize images, install a caching system.
