WTH - Keyword Researcher(s)

I'm looking to hiring someone for my keyword research needs.

Basically what I will do is give you a niche and I want you to research the best keywords to use for article submissions or pages on my sites.

What I don't want is for you to just put in a few terms in wordtracker and email me a copy of your .csv file. That doesn't do me any good.

Keywords are bar none, the most important part of building my niche sites - so I want you to heavily research and find the best keywords for me (long tail or not).

This is for long term work. Even though I'm good at it, I absolutely hate keyword research, so I'm looking to hire it out.
