WTH is wrong with Serplab?

I'm facing this issue for last few days and almost all the time it shows the same message. I think it's time to move on to something more reliable.. any suggestions?

simply because they are providing free service, and a lot of freebie seeker jump onboard,
their server couldn't handle so many requests, thus they are hinting everyone to upgrade as a paid member,
to support their expense and operating cost.
just my 2 cents
 
I still have the delay even as a paid member, but your lucky if it last for 15 minutes, and it only happens once or twice a day.
 
Yep I have 5 accounts there so i can have more kws without paying

In that case, they need to come up with a different solution. As a paid member, I can't wait for 15-20 minutes to check my rankings.. I'd better find something else..

May I ask, how many times per day do you check your rankings if you can't wait 10-15 minutes? :)
 
this message is showing to me also. and my rankings hasn't updated since 2 day now.

I have 9 different projects right now and I check their rankings separately at different times, so I open serplab like 15-20 times/day easily..
 
That's why I always prefer SERPBooK by @lanbo best, fast and accurate one :)
It doesn't cost much :D
 
I hate the time shift, when they delay the ranking checks.
I set up my project to be checked in the morning before I wake up.
And because of the permanent error and server lacks they got delayed day by day for 5 to sometimes 60 minutes....meanwhile the checks are past midday...
That sucks...

I doubt your the only one doing it
anyway its cause of you greedy fucks that we cant enjoy a free service
I was using 1 account for the longest time and even donated some to them as they provide a good service to the community
 
Serplab's subscription is very cheap. Like under $60 per annum for 600 searches(+150 free searches) a day! What else could you want?
Free subscription won't show monthly searches also.
Better to get a single bot from serplab and that should be enough.

It's free. I don't see why are you complaining. If you have issues, send them an email. You can always pay $5 for an extra bot which gives you priority over other free users.
