WTH is going on with facebook ads promoting learn more?

i use the ads to promote the 'learn more' button. this is what i got:

22 clicks and NOT ONE SINGLE hop on CB????

i use google sites to redirect to the CB link, and i put the google-site link in the 'learn more' button.

i tested the redirect and it works and the hop count increases too. so what's going on here?

can somebody explain?
