WTH - I need this software

I'm not going deep on this thread on what I need this software to do, but here's the basics:

It should be able to post and like comments on YT...

Nothing too crazy (I'm not looking for a "powerful software" here) and I can explain how I want it to work more in details. Obviously, previous experience developing bots for YT is a must.

I want to split the cost into multiple payments and will be making those payments as you show progress.
