[WTH] HTML/CSS guy to turn a Photoshop file into a (responsive) HTML/CSS site.

Hey there,

I'm looking to hire a HTML/CSS guy who would take an existing website design that I have (in Photoshop files), cut it up and put it into HTML/CSS.

No actual functionality is required (no contact forms etc) as this will be done by my coder. I just need the PSDs cut properly and a functioning CSS written so that the site would look nice across browsers and also on mobiles.
