[WTH] Google Adword API Expert

I am looking for someone to create a script or scraper using Google Adword API.

I have list of keyword file. Script will load this file and using Google Adword API get Exact Global Searches, Ave CPC, CPC Competion and save this data as CSV file so column would be

Column 1
Keyword
Column 2
Exact Match Global Searches
Column 3
Ave CPC
Column 4
CPC Competion

So Initial Input would be Google API details and location of keyword list file, and location of where to save the file.
