[WTH] Forums poster and Directories submitter

I just started my new project in the free hosting industry and I need someone who has some spare time to post a thread in webmasters forums or any other general forums, the thread has the free hosting features and a step by step getting started guide ( FORUMS MUST ALLOW POSTING THIS KIND OF TOPICS ). Another service that I need is submitting my site to free hosting directories ( I'm not interested in submitting the site in general web directories ).
