The guy did send me the site link. To me, it looked somewhat similar to twitter. I even went out to prepare a 50-60 word thread after sending him link to my site where I intended to post. Some reply back and forth, eventually, no reply after receiving the thread prepared by me.

Wasted 10-15 minutes. Maybe he got hold of someone else with a bigger forum than mine.

Maybe you should take upfront payment from a newbie.

I am not blaming him as the deal wasn't really finalized. I did send him a post proactively just for approval.

I got an email from him some time back. He offered me $5 although I do not match his qualifications of being a member of a "big forum".

Anyways, I am doing it free of cost for him since I didn't really meet his qualifications and dont want away to walk away with few bucks if it doesnt meet one's expectations.
