WTH - Facebook Quiz Developer

I need to make an interactive quiz.

It's science-based so a bit technical. There are 23 questions with 4 choices - Agree / Strongly / Disagre / Strongly Disagree.

The result is given as a measurement and 1 of 4 personality types.

There is a working tool on a university website I want to copy. There is some background literature which will help but I am not sure how the results are calculated.

If somebody out there can do it, let me know, some samples you've done and a ballpark figure.
