[WTH] Developer for API work

I've been providing WordPress hosting for my agency's design and content clients for quite a while now, but the number is increasing and the workload is ridiculous compared to what it could be, so here's what I need:

Currently using DigitalOcean and Serverpilot to host the sites.

What I need:

WHMCS+DigitalOcean+Serverpilot APIs working together so that I can WHMCS with aWordPRess hosting package, the customer buys it from there and then WHMCS automatically checks to see how many Serverpilot apps (WordPress sites) are on the droplet, if there are too many (I'll figure out the number later) it tells DigitalOcean to spin up a new droplet and installs serverpilot there. Then it sets the WordPress installation up and emails the SFTP logins to the customer.

So basically three different APIs and a bit of if this then that sort of checking between them and then setting up the system. I don't want to touch that shit manually.
