WTH Crypto ads expert (Google/Bing)

Hi guys, I need to run Crypto ads on google search campaign, Facebook ads are Ok but my clients really wants leads from search engines.

I am in the EU Market (France/Belgium)
I have purchased a google ads agency account (they provide it to me via invite link)
I have a Traffic Armor plan (took first plan for testing)
I have made a white page with no duplicated content
My lead page have a Tally form to collect the leads.
I have launch a gads campaign with keywords related to my vertical and I got a suspension for "policy violation" / Compromised Site.
The cloaker was not enable, the php code was added to my white page but Traffic armor told me its not the problem I should review my keywords maybe to aggressive
Maybe my white page is not good enough.

So according to thos issues, I really need the help of an expert to help me create and manage this kind of campaign.
