[WTH] create a mail, and verify Instagram account Daily work

So what I need exactly is

* login to provided Instagram username and pass
* create mail.ru email with provided user and pass
* will provide sms online numbers for verification if needed on Instagram or mail.ri
* after that will change user email to new provided email and confirm it on Instagram
* will provide php page to download new account data or uplouad new account data or mark as done.
* php will count the good accounts u do and u can ask for payment anytime even after one user

* I perefer to work daily with some few people in long term
