I need a CI developer with Bootstrap or Foundation knowledge. Need to create a few forms we can start with one then work from there.

What I need from you?
1) Follow the instructions to be consider
2) Send PM with code sample (live samples)
3) Send GitHub or BitBucket samples
4) Must be able to work on CST time
5) Must be able to read the previous lines and follow them
6) Don't send me a wall of text, send me code samples, live samples and rates.

So... you gave him 2 negative reviews right. Are you retarded or something? Why would you engage with someone like that and give negative review, now no one is going to trust you because they will think you are a scammer. You need to get that negative review remove, your "BUSINESS SUIT" isn't going to help you look professional here.
