[WTH] CODE a VERY simple program

This is what I need:

-Must be able to extract information from websites (URLs Only)
-Must be able to handle LARGE lists of websites (100k+)
-Must be able to go deep into that website and extract external links. (Their is a certain Pattern for going deep into the site)

I found a way to filter my links according to platform..

So it would only be for Vbulleting powered forums, OR phpbb forums.

Whichever is easirer...

PM or SKYPE for project info.
