Would iMacro or Zennoposter or a PHP script be good for this?

1. It needs to grab info from an excel sheet
2. Use a proxy from the list.
3. Register an account on a site (there's no captcha)
4. Login to email
5. Verify Link
6. Submit info on main site
7. Log out, clear cookies,
