[WTH] Bot developer

I'm looking for a cheaper bot developer. Preferably one that codes in c# or php (so I can update it later on) but you can code somewhere else too. Will have more projects for you.

I want someone that does not use browsers to input data, but sends data over HTTP (you know what I'm talking about).

First I will want a RSS submission tool (multithreaded, proxy support). Basically will have to submit a RSS feed to some websites. I will provide you with everything you will need.

Send me a PM on how much you would want for the RSS tool and if you have also send some examples of your bots.
