Writer Must be good at Blog search, Blogpost Rewriting in his niche etc.


Writer's Guideline :
Title
 Most 150 characters, least 2 words (80 characters are best)
 No spelling and the grammatical error
 Contain keywords
 No writer name, company name or website address
 Not capitalize all letters


Body
You must provide 1 Picture related to Article,
 400+ words
 Must be original
 No spelling and the grammatical error
 Do not like Ads
 Quoted words should be within 10%
 Keywords occupy 3% in the whole article
 Keywords should be strong
 Keywords should be well-distributed, and can be emphasized in the opening and ending part of the whole article
 Content may be news, tips, guides, skills, cases, analysis, comments, story, etc.


Summery
 Must have a summery
 100 words more or less
 No spelling and the grammatical error
 Contain keywords twice at lease

I have few to recommend...

I'm sure I'll get dinged for this, but new writers should realize that this guy could be just trying to get free work off of you. I don't know this guy, and I'm not saying it's what he's doing, but just be aware.

If you send in a sample, make sure it's something you've put up somewhere else. Don't send any unique content.
