WTH Basic watermark PHP script

I am looking for a coder to code me a basic HTML/PHP upload form that will allow me to watermark images with a PNG I already have on the server. I want to upload them, then display them on the browser so I can right click and save to device. It doesn't need to be fancy or complex. I just need a faster way of watermarking my images rather than manually doing each image one by one.
