I need an app for android
it needs to be accessible from app and from desktop.
it is a simple checklist form, with it pulling small data from the backend.
so I enter in25 unique pieces of equipment(on the backend), but based on drop down box it is in 3 predefined categories.
When going to fill in form, user does drop down to select item in category, then can use drop down to select specific piece of equipment.
the backend it needs to be able to track/compile data, with admin function of assigning information,
So, I fill out form A copy 1: a question is marked deficient, I need a dashboard(whether app or desktop) that alerts(notifies/highlights) to issue, and allows documented followup, but in the end it is all saved as form A copy 1.
Then when I fill out form A copy 2, no deficiencies, it just saves.
I would need minor reporting capabilities on backend, very basic.
Like admin enters in 25 pieces of equipment for daily inspection. Users use form daily to inspect equipment, reporting would need to be able to:
- note deficiencies
- note missing inspections
Mor at minimum dump data to excel.
I am looking to hire a developer for this project.
