[WTH] After Affects Expert - Custom Video Production

We're looking to hire an After Affects specialist, to handle some of our custom video production projects. Must be able to animate the following: custom character creation based off of PSD, explanatory sales videos following a voice over, custom video-scribe, etc.

Looking to start with three projects. If we receive the quality we are looking for, consistent work will be provided. Budget will vary based from our requirements for each project.
